Paul Walker’s dad sues Porsche

The actor’s father says the German company is guilty for his son’s death.
Paul Walker’s dad, also called Paul, sued Porsche because he claims the Porsche Carrera GT driven by his son in company of his manager Roger Rodas, did not have the right safety measures.
Meadow Walker, Paul’s 16 year-old daughter, and Roger Rodas’ widow also sued Porsche months ago. They blame the company for both Walker and Rodas’ death.
On the other hand, the automobile company stated that Paul Walker was an expert driver and that the car he was driving had been altered and used in a negligent way and that it had not had the appropriate maintenance.
